Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. If you are not completely satisfied with your DSTLD purchase, we offer free domestic returns for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the order ship date.
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Has not been washed, worn, altered or damaged
- Is accompanied by its original invoice
- Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below
To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a return label. Please indicate your order number, the items to return, and if you would like to receive either a refund or store credit (for an exchange). Once the label has been emailed to you, you may print and affix it to your returns package and drop off at your local USPS. All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of warehouse receival.
RETURNS FOR REFUND:After our warehouse has received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment. This allows time for items to be inspected by our warehouse staff, and processed back into stock. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT (EXCHANGES):
We will issue store credit to your DSTLD account within 2 business days after your return package has been dropped off to USPS, and you may use that store credit to re-order your new items. Store credit from Returns never expires or loses value. If your item is received damaged, dirty, or worn, we will charge your original form of payment.
All styles marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. The offer is applied to eligible items at checkout before taxes and shipping. No exchanges, returns or credits permitted on any Final Sale merchandise purchased. This offer is not applicable to purchases being shipped internationally. Offer is not valid on previously purchased merchandise. This offer has no cash value. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Void where prohibited by law.
We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your order confirmation. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
Customers who placed an international order are responsible for covering the cost of shipping a return back to us. Returns must be created within 45 days of your order’s ship date. Please mail your return package to the address listed below. We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for the cost of international shipping, only for the value of the goods you purchased. International returns will be completed within 7-10 business days of warehouse receival. Please send your return shipment to the following address:

Walk-in returns will not be accepted
Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odors or pet hair. (By unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive "outing." You are of course welcome and encouraged to try DSTLD on for size at home.)
*All returns must be received at our address within 45 days of the order’s ship date.* If you return an item that does not meet the above criteria; we can arrange to have it shipped back to you at your expense.
