Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Customers may return items for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased expedited shipping (UPS Next Day or UPS 2 Day), unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund or store credit for that amount. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged. We ask for the return to be processed on the site under the "account" down to the "returns" field on DSTLD.com. After that is processed the return label label will be emailed directly to you. Returns cannot be processed on a mobile device.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a new size, color, style, etc. please select “store credit” when processing your return. We will issue store credit to your account within 2 business days after you place your return package in the mail, and you may use that store credit to re-order the new items. Store credit from Returns never expires or loses value. If your item is not received within 30 days, or is received damaged, we will charge your original form of payment. RETURNS FOR REFUND: If you wish to return your item(s) and receive a refund, select “refund” when processing your return. Please allow up to 30 days for it to be processed and the amount credited back to your original form of payment (this allows time for the items to get shipped back to our facility, inspected by our warehouse staff, and processed back into stock).
International Returns For international orders customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping a return back to us. Returns must be made within 45 days of the order date, please send your return to the address listed below. We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for the cost of international shipping, only the value of the goods you purchased. If you wish to return your item(s) and receive a refund, select “refund” when processing your return. All returns will be completed within 5-7 business days of the warehouse delivery. our return shipment to the following address:

#### Return Conditions * Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odors or pet hair. (By unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive “outing.” You are of course welcome and encouraged to try DSTLD on for size at home.) * Returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction. * If you return an item that does not meet the above criteria; we can arrange to have it shipped back to you at your cost.
