Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your DSTLD purchase.
We offer free return shipping for returns and exchanges made within 30 days through our automated portal at returns.dstld.com
Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed.
Please note, all sale items are considered "final sale". Returns will not be accepted for items purchased with an automatic discount, discount code, or any other form of discount; Exchanges are permitted.
Exchanges may only be made once per order. Exchanging an order that has already been exchanged once is not permitted.
Please include the original packing slip with your return.
- All returns and exchanges must be requested and return packages postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All returned items must have all original tags attached. We do not accept returns for worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
- We are unable to accept returns and exchanges for DSTLD items purchased from other retailers or websites.
- Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed for a full refund of the purchase price and taxes minus exchanges and original shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by carrier in transit.
- Items purchased at 70 % off are final sale, no exchanges permitted.
- Items purchased at 40 % to 60 % off are exchange only, no returns permitted.
If you choose to ship your item/s back using your own shipping label outside of our automated portal:
- We do not refund any return shipping costs and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by carrier in transit.
- We cannot guarantee standard processing time.
To start a return:
- Go to returns.dstld.com
- Enter your order number (do not include the “#” before the number) and your corresponding shipping address zip code.
- If you do not have your order number available, click “Start with an email address” to receive an email with a link to start a return or exchange of your most recent order.
Select the item/s from your order that you want to return or exchange by clicking a reason from the checklist.
Please note: if your item is FINAL SALE or the order is outside of the 30-day return window, you will not be able to process a return.
- Click the “Complete Return” button when you are ready.
- Confirm your shipping address and click “Continue”.
A prepaid shipping label will then be generated and sent via email for you to print.
Please note: Use only our prepaid shipping label so we are able to track your return package and for faster processing in our warehouse.
- Tape the label to your package and drop off at the appropriate shipping carrier.
Do I have to go through returns.dstld.com to process a return?
You technically don’t have to go through our automated returns portal to process a return. However, going through the link allows you to avail of our prepaid shipping label (with tracking). Using our prepaid label also cuts back on return processing time.
Can I send back my return using my own shipping label?
Yes, but you will incur your own shipping costs which we do not reimburse. If you choose to ship using your own label, we suggest insuring your package and using a carrier that allows you to track your package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by carrier in transit.
Please note that shipping your return with your own shipping label may increase processing time.
What happens if my return gets lost or damaged in the mail?
You must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit directly with the shipping carrier. DSTLD is not responsible for reimbursement for shipping or delivery delays due to forces outside of our control (e.g., weather, lost or damaged in transit).
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return condition requirements listed above.

Can I apply promo codes or offers to previous or future orders?
Promo codes cannot be applied to previous or future orders. If a promo code is not redeemed at the time the order is completed, that order will not be eligible for the discount.
